The service

My Dream TC provides an educational challenge, software subscriptions, credits usable within our software, and done-for-you setup services for real estate professionals.

Purchases & refunds

• VIP ticket ($97): refundable in full by email until Day 3 of your cohort begins; final thereafter (digital materials delivered).
• Replay Pass and digital products: final once access is delivered, unless required otherwise by law.
• Subscriptions ($39/mo studio, $200/mo service): cancel anytime; cancellation stops future billing. Trials convert to paid unless canceled before the trial ends.
• Credits: promotional credits require an active paid plan, are valid for 60 days, freeze on cancellation, and unfreeze on reactivation within 90 days. Purchased credits do not expire with your plan. Credits have no cash value.

SMS / Text Messaging Program

• Program name & description: My Dream TC Challenge Reminders — session reminders and related upgrade information for the AI Dream Assistant Challenge, sent only to users who opt in on our registration form at mydreamtc.com/challenge.
• Message frequency: up to 6 messages per 5-day challenge. Message and data rates may apply.
• Opt-out: reply STOP to any message to cancel at any time. You will receive one final confirmation message. You may also email us to be removed.
• Support: reply HELP to any message, or contact team@mydreamtc.com · +1 (469) 761-1111.
• Privacy: mobile information is never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes — see our Privacy Policy.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of registration or purchase.

No income claims

We teach systems and provide software. Your results depend on your market, effort, and deal flow. Nothing on this site is a promise of earnings.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the software, resell access, or use our services for unlawful communication. We may suspend accounts that do.

Not professional advice

Our tools assist with drafting and organization at your direction. You remain responsible for your communications, contracts, and compliance with your broker, MLS, and state requirements. We are not a brokerage or law firm and are not affiliated with any MLS or Realtor® association.
